You have

Proven experience as Sommelier,
Proficient tasting skills to assess and select wines that complement the menu,
Effective verbal communication to explain wine selections, pairings, and recommendations to both staff and customers,
Understanding the financial aspects of a wine program, including budgeting, pricing strategy, and cost control.
A commitment to staying informed about industry trends, new wine releases, and emerging vineyards.
Willingness to continuously expand and update personal knowledge of the wine world.
